Prime Thermal was engaged by Oakberry Farms to deliver the refrigeration and climate control systems for their new packhouse facility. The project required a carefully designed solution to support both current operations and the anticipated growth of the business.
The scope included the installation of refrigeration systems for two new chillers, along with air conditioning and fresh air supply for a large 400m² open-plan packing area. A key challenge was ensuring the system operated efficiently at the current production load while also allowing sufficient capacity to accommodate future expansion.
Working closely with the client, Prime Thermal designed and installed a system that balances performance, efficiency and scalability. The result is a robust and compliant setup that supports the operational demands of the packhouse today while providing the flexibility required as Oakberry Farms continues to grow.
